Are you a lover of Italian cuisine? Each region, indeed each city, has its own typical dishes to be discovered and tasted. But not only! We offer you an incredible journey to discover our table to reveal, exclusively, the little secrets of those recipes that are handed down from family to family. All this thanks to the cooking courses organized by our friend Anna Santini of the Venice Institute. The courses take place in four phases:

- Historical explanation of the origin of the recipes and of the most common names associated with Venetian cuisine

- Execution of three dishes to be made together

- Tasting of dishes with Prosecco wine

- Historical explanation on various topics (fish from the lagoon; typical sweets; prosecco)
