Our inn is located a stone's throw from the Venice "Santa Lucia" railway station, in the historic center and a few minutes' walk from the most beautiful places in the city.
It is purely female-run and is housed in a recently renovated small building which, respecting the historic structure of the building and its size, does not have a lift.

The rooms are welcoming and bright, furnished with the utmost attention to detail and embellished with exposed beams. We try to use typical elements of the "daily" life of Venice: the rooms have the name of the "sestieri" (the districts of Venice) and the plates reproduce the road signs, which in Venice are called "nizioleti". And going up the stairs you will be greeted by our little jewel: an authentic racing boat from the 1950s.

We pay particular attention to breakfast, served as a buffet in our newly renovated room and in the small private courtyard, typically Venetian, bordering the high walls of an ancient convent.
