All this thanks to the cooking classes organized by our friend Anna Santini of the Istituto Venezia.

The courses take place in three phases:

Historical explanation of the origin of the recipes and the most common names related to Venetian cuisine
Execution of three dishes to be made together
Tasting of dishes with prosecco wine
Historical explanation on various topics (the fish of the Lagoon; the typical sweets; the prosecco)
